The problem this solves

Most people drift — through jobs they don’t love, routines that don’t fit them, bodies they don’t trust. The fixes don’t stick because nothing underneath has actually changed. The 12-session mentorship works at the root: how you move, how you think, what you eat, what you choose. It doesn’t hand you a template — it builds something around you that you can keep for the rest of your life.

What’s included

Twelve weekly 60–90 minute sessions

Each session is a safe space, scheduled around your life. The floor is yours to start — whatever’s at the front of your mind is what we cover first.

A personalised movement program

Built around your current state, your goals, and your discipline level. Foundations, mobility, movement diversity, and stillness — evolving session by session.

The full movement library

Access to a private playlist of foundational, mobility, and movement-diversity work — built from years of training under different mentors and updated as the library grows.

Full support between sessions

WhatsApp access for questions, realisations, or anything that comes up between calls. Voice notes, video, messages — answered in the way that’s most useful.

How the format works

Each session starts with you

The floor is always yours to begin. Whatever’s at the front of your mind is the priority — we go there first.

A focus to carry into the week

You leave each session with a written summary and one focus to embody between calls — something to put your energy into in your real life.

Movement that keeps evolving

Each session builds on the last. Small but powerful progressions in capability, intensity, and volume — challenging enough to evolve, sustainable enough to keep.

Food, sleep, habits, hobbies, relationships — the lifestyle factors that decide whether the work actually sticks.

The three principles

Love (weeks 1–4)

Fear is the opposing force. Across four weeks we cover unconditional love, the unity of all beings, and what it means to act with the welfare of all in mind — including yourself.

Curiosity (weeks 5–8)

Conformity is the opposing force. We work on suspending old beliefs and assumptions, embracing uncertainty, and rebuilding an honest desire to understand what’s true for you.

Creation (weeks 9–12)

Consumption is the opposing force. We focus on creating the reality of your dreams, expressing your authentic self, and the things you want to leave behind for the people you love.

Pricing

The 12-session mentorship is by application. Pricing is shared on the discovery call once we’ve confirmed it’s the right fit. There’s also a movement-only option if the full mentorship isn’t what you’re after — through the app or our website.
